Staff Update: Introducing Chris Furnival & Tim Keating

Following a recent review of our Sales Operations, we identified two clear priorities from our customers: consistent account management and greater face-to-face support. To meet these needs, we are excited to announce the creation of new Regional Sales Manager roles.
We are delighted to welcome Tim Keating as Regional Sales Manager for the North and Chris Furnival as Regional Sales Manager for the South. Both will report into our Sales Manager, Tom Phillips, and will work closely with our Internal Account Managers. This means customers can expect the best of both worlds, dedicated account management and added in-person support.
These appointments reflect our commitment to investing in growth, even in challenging times. By strengthening our team, we aim to provide customers with faster responses, more tailored training, and closer collaboration to help grow their businesses.
Tim Keating - Regional Sales Manager, North
Tim brings over 40 years of experience in the Hospitality and Catering sector, with a career that began as a chef in the RAF before moving into sales roles with companies such as McDonald’s, Hobart, Peters Food Service, Brake Bros, and Pico Catering Projects. Most recently, he served as Regional Sales Manager at Maidaid, specialising in warewashing solutions.
Tim is recognised for his strong industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a solutions-focused approach. His passion for the products, people, and customers he serves makes him a valuable addition to our team.
Chris Furnival - Regional Sales Manager, South
Chris has been working in catering equipment sales and spare parts solutions since 2007. He began his career at Hobart UK, managing a sales support team before moving into spare parts. Later, he returned to Hobart as Regional Manager for the eco max independent range, and in recent years has continued to build expertise in the spare parts sector.
Known for his enthusiastic approach and commitment to after-sales support, Chris has built strong relationships with catering equipment dealers and maintenance companies. He looks forward to continuing these partnerships and showcasing the many solutions Blue Badger Wholesale has to offer.
