Do I Need a Drain Pump?
This appliance has a drain height of 120mm. If your waste connection is above that height you may want to consider a Drain Pump. A Drain Pump allows you to pump the waste into your outlet rather than letting gravity do the work for you. Some facilities can incorporate a gravity drain by elevating the machine on a stand; this can often remove the need for a drain pump providing the waste connection is below the appliance's drain.

Do I Need an Integral Softener?
In hard water areas we think it is imperative to at least consider a integral water softener for your appliance. From experience, we have found that Limescale is the biggest and most frequent problem our customers encounter. This is due to the high mineral content in the hard water being used by the appliance and over time, Limescale builds to the point of seizing operation. Softeners remove the mineral content to provide a clean water supply and a recharged with Salt.
NEW - IS / Integral Softeners are now fitted with auto-regeneration on start-up and a counter to enable users to adjust the frequency of auto-regeneration depending on their water hardness. This will help with customers who didn't realise they had to regenerate their built-in softeners these new features will eliminate this problem.
