Service & Spares

Blue Badger Wholesale has a dedicated service department available to assist with any technical queries you may have. We believe that knowing you have a strong service partner on hand gives you peace of mind on any product purchased.


If you appliance has developed a fault, you can raise a Service Request via your customer dashboard - Log in to your account, click "View Orders" to find the order which contains the product you need to raise a service call for. Click "View Order" and then "Raise Service Call" against your chosen product. Fill in the remaining blank form fields and click Submit. Our service team will review your request and will keep you informed of the next steps.

Our network of fully qualified engineers cover the whole of mainland UK and carry a range of spares to enable them to repair your unit on the first visit wherever possible.

Blue Badger Wholesale supply spare parts for all of the brands that we sell. We stock a range of the most common parts from manufacturers such as Sterling Pro, Vestfrost, Masterfrost, Adler, Whirlpool and Maytag. We understand that spare part requests are always urgent and strive to have the part you need readily available.
