How do I apply for a trade account?
In order to qualify for a trade account with us you must be a supplier yourself; we do not supply directly to end users. We will use the information that you provide to validate that your company is qualified to join our dealer network. You will not be able to log in to see pricing or key features until we are able to validate your company’s eligibility.
(If you are interested in our products for your own business then please feel free to e-mail sales@bluebadger.co.uk and we will pass your details to a local dealer from our network.)
How do I raise a service call?
Log in to your account, click "View Orders" to find the order which contains the product you need to raise a service call for. Click "View Order" and then "Raise Service Call" against your chosen product. Fill in the remaining blank form fields and click Submit. Our service team will review your request and will keep you informed of the next steps.
